Norm Joins Green Data Corp as Advisor

Norm Levy has joined Green Data Corp as a advisor, helping the company secure tenants and funding for its flagship project, Roswell Information Park, a groundbreaking AI data center campus in New Mexico. The development is purpose-built for Artificial General Intelligence (AGI)-scale computing, where continuous, high-density power and absolute reliability are critical to sustain advanced model training and inference operations.

Roswell Information Park is designed around an ultra-scale microgrid system, providing more than 500 MW of continuous critical load through dual interstate natural gas pipelines, onsite fuel storage, and AI-driven control systems that achieve six-nines reliability. The campus integrates direct-to-chip liquid cooling, geothermal systems, and modular expansion capabilities, setting new benchmarks in efficiency, resilience, and sustainability for next-generation GPU clusters.

In his role, Norm is focused on aligning long-term tenant commitments with Green Data Corp’s phased growth strategy and attracting infrastructure investors, family offices, and technology partners seeking stable, utility-grade returns. His work helps position Roswell Information Park as a cornerstone of America’s emerging AGI infrastructure, where the future of high-performance computing can operate without compromise.
