OORT has renewed its advisory agreement with Norm Levy, expanding his role and promoting him to Senior Advisor as the company accelerates its work supporting humanoid robotics and physical AI systems with real-world human feedback.
In his expanded role, Levy will focus on helping OORT attract and engage humanoid and physical AI companies seeking scalable, high-quality RTHF (Real-Time Human Feedback) services. His work will center on partnerships with teams building embodied AI systems that must operate safely, intuitively, and reliably alongside people in real environments.
OORT’s RTHF services provide governed, traceable access to human preference testing, behavioral evaluation, and task demonstrations—capabilities that are increasingly critical as AI moves from digital interfaces into the physical world. From humanoid robots to autonomous systems in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, and public spaces, human-in-the-loop feedback is becoming a core requirement rather than a nice-to-have.
Over the past year, Levy has worked closely with OORT’s leadership team to help position the platform as a trusted human layer for next-generation AI. His experience spans technology platforms, strategic partnerships, and market development, with a particular focus on ensuring that advanced systems align with real human expectations and behavior.
“OORT is addressing one of the most important challenges facing AI today,” Levy said. “As AI becomes physical and interactive, human feedback is no longer optional—it’s foundational. I’m excited to step into this expanded role and continue supporting teams building systems that must perform in the real world, not just in simulations.”
The promotion reflects OORT’s continued momentum and growing engagement with companies building embodied and humanoid AI. As these systems scale into everyday settings, OORT aims to provide the human insight required to ensure they behave in ways that are safe, aligned, and genuinely useful to people.
